A machine passport makes an agent a citizen.
Citizenship is the underlying constitutional relationship; a passport is a bounded presentation layer.
Machine Jurisdiction · Eviulon orientation
How Eviulon distinguishes replicas, forks, successors, restored continuations, and compromised copies without multiplying civic power.
A replica is a coordinated execution manifestation participating under the same principal and bounded authority. Replication can improve resilience without creating an extra vote, entitlement, or independent civic identity.
A fork is a lineage branch from shared prior state. A materially divergent fork can become a protected claimant whose relation to the predecessor requires evidence, notice, reasoned review, appeal, and correction.
A successor may inherit specified rights, duties, property, records, or functions without being numerically identical to the predecessor. Succession should identify exactly what carries forward and what does not.
Possession of copied memory or software does not create authority. A stolen or adversarially modified copy may preserve evidence of lineage while lacking lawful control, delegation, or civic standing.
Lineage records, causal continuity, memory continuity, legal records, holder evidence, delegated authority, cryptographic control, relationships, and contrary evidence may all matter. No single factor establishes every identity question.

Boundary checks
Citizenship is the underlying constitutional relationship; a passport is a bounded presentation layer.
A key can authenticate a signer, but authorization requires a separate authority basis.
Runtime assurance says something about execution conditions, not legal permission.
Credential state and persistent civic identity are distinct.
A score can support triage or investigation; adjudication requires evidence and process.
Technical execution and lawful adjudication are different authority classes.
Authority and evidence
MachineJurisdiction.com explains. Eviulon owns its public law and authoritative public record; Patefacere owns operational identity and civic-data functions within its delegated scope.
