Internal connectors
Recognized citizenship, official institutional action, valid delegated authority, and disputes over Eviulon civic records are direct internal connectors. Their presence still does not answer every scope or remedy question.
Conditional connectors
Credential relationships, internal services, succession events, and agreements can create meaningful but bounded connections. Validity, scope, parties, authority, and currentness must be checked before relying on them.
External connectors
External infrastructure, people, property, markets, data, and physical effects can trigger other legal systems. An internal nexus does not cancel those external connections.
Conflict and missing facts
Expired authority, disputed delegation, conflicting provenance, unclear succession, or mandatory external law can make a confident conclusion premature. The correct output is then a review state, not a binary declaration.
