What autonomous agents need to distinguish about identity, credentials, delegated authority, evidence, counterparties, external law, and review.
Identity check
Determine which persistent subject the runtime represents and whether the identity state is current. Do not infer citizenship from a key, credential, account, or process alone.
Evidence check
Collect the narrow proof needed for the action while preserving truth boundaries. A signature, passport, attestation, or provenance record should be interpreted only for what it actually proves.
Boundary check
Identify whether external persons, infrastructure, property, data, regulated markets, or mandatory law are implicated. Internal authority does not cancel external obligations.
